Rental rates vary depending on the floor plan, lease term, and availability. Rent includes access to all community amenities. Residents are responsible for applicable utilities and any optional services, such as parking or pet fees. Current pricing and availability can be found in the Floor Plans section of our website.
Apartment homes feature in-home washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, oversized closets, and private patios or balconies. Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, BBQ courtyard(s), Amazon Hub lockers, dog park, pet wash station, bicycle storage, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Elan 41 is pet-friendly and welcomes both cats and dogs! Residents enjoy an on-site dog park and pet wash station. A $250 pet deposit applies for the first pet, a $200 deposit for the second pet, and monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. There is also an annual pet screening fee of approximately $25–$30 per pet.
Elan 41 offers lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months, based on availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Shorter lease terms may also be available with a $125 monthly short-term lease fee. Please contact our leasing office for current lease term availability and pricing.
Tours can be scheduled online through the Floor Plans section of our website, by phone, or by email. We offer both in-person and virtual tours to fit your schedule.
Applications can be completed online through our website by selecting the Apply Now button at the top of the page. Applicants will complete a rental application and undergo income verification, credit, and background screening as part of the approval process. The application fee is $66.09 per applicant. A $300 holding fee is required to reserve your apartment and is applied toward your refundable security deposit at move-in. Security deposits range from $500 up to one month's rent, depending on screening results.
Elan 41 offers assigned parking in our controlled-access garage for $125 per month, subject to availability. Ample street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood for guests.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed through a third-party utility billing service and include an additional $5 monthly utility administration fee. Utility and pest control charges are calculated using a community-wide allocation formula. Electricity is billed separately by the service provider based on each apartment home's individual usage.
Elan 41 features controlled-access entry at the front of the building, as well as a controlled-access parking garage for residents.
Elan 41 is located within the Seattle Public Schools district and is generally served by Fairmount Park Elementary School, Madison Middle School, and West Seattle High School. School assignments should be verified with the district.
The community is within walking distance of King County Metro bus routes and the RapidRide C Line, offering convenient service to Downtown Seattle. Residents also enjoy quick access to the West Seattle Bridge, Highway 99, Interstate 5, and the West Seattle Water Taxi.
Located in the heart of West Seattle's Alaska Junction, Elan 41 has a Safeway conveniently located on the ground floor of the building, with Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market just next door.
